Dr. Zamber is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and founder of International Vision Quest, a non-profit organization that performs humanitarian medical and surgical missions, builds water treatment facilities and supports food delivery programs to impoverished communities around the world. He has served as an examiner with the American Board of Ophthalmologists and Secretariat for State Affairs with the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

He is the 2009 recipient of Notre Dame’s prestigious Harvey Foster Humanitarian Award. He now serves on the advisory board of Feed My Starving Children, one of the highest rated and fastest growing charities in the country. Mr. DeLeon has spent the last twenty-five years in global finance, both on the buy and sell side, in New York, London, and Tokyo, and has built an enviable track record of value creation, along the way. For the past decade, his focus has been in natural resources; most recently as Senior Advisor to Victory Energy, a VPEG portfolio oil and gas exploration and production company. He has orchestrated the placement of a $75MM credit facility to acquire assets and take full advantage of the pressured commodities market. Prior to Victory, he served in the same capacity at Miller Energy; a NYSE-listed Alaska focused oil and gas exploration and production company.  At Miller, Mr. Deleon was responsible for overseeing corporate strategy, with particular focus on financing the company’s drilling program and acquisitions, as well as, investor relations and corporate governance. He identified and recruited three high profile, exceptionally pedigreed independent board members for the company, including the former CEO of Lyondell Petrochemicals. During his tenure, Miller more than doubled production and revenues, raised more than $400MM in financing, and announced several transformational acquisitions.

Prior to Miller, Mr. DeLeon spent approximately six years spearheading the U.S. operations for a boutique U.K. investment bank, with a strong focus in E&P and metals & mining. He was recruited for his extensive corporate finance and capital markets experience, both in the U.S. and U.K. Early in his career; he worked for Yamaichi, one of the Big Four Japanese securities houses, where he received the Chairman’s award for his consistent revenue contributions.

Mr. DeLeon was also a founding partner of a London-based corporate finance advisory and fund management firm with particular focus on the U.K. private equity markets, called Bracken Partners. He has served as both a senior executive and non-executive director of numerous public and private U.K. and U.S. companies.

Mr. Polemeni is a highly respected and accomplished music executive whose career has been focused on music publishing, production and artist development.  He began his career as a songwriter for Famous Music, where he wrote and produced songs for Fox Television, Disney, CBS, HBO, CINEMAX & SHOWTIME.

In 2000, Mr. Polemeni launched Moviemaker Music, the first independent record label to give veteran artists co-ownership of their master recordings.  The company produced and licensed re-recordings of hit songs for multi-national music publishing companies, such as Peermusic, Warner Chappell, BMG and Famous Music. The catalogue included hits by Herman’s Hermits, The Ventures, Irene Cara, Jay & The Techniques, & Rick Derringer, among others.

During his tenure, Polemeni successfully nurtured and recorded new talent performing new versions of hit songs; evidenced by UK duo Cormack’s cover of “Something In The Air” being licensed to HBO for six months promotional campaign for their 2002 fall season. He discovered and signed Singer/Songwriter Kaitlyn Harner to BMG Music. Kaitlyn’s song “Friend” was featured in the film “A Cinderella Story”, starring Hillary Duff. The soundtrack was certified Gold.

In 2006, Polemeni sold the Foghat/Dave Pevrett Estate, which included the hits Slow Ride and Fool For The City, to Bicycle Music. The deal appeared in Forbes Magazine and helped launch Bicycle Music. Today Bicycle is a major force in the indie publishing world, having recently acquired the iconic Concord Music Group.

In 2007, Mr. Polemeni was hired as a part time consultant by Dimensional Publishing, which purchased the DreamWorks music-publishing catalogue.  As Dimensional morphed into S1 Songs, S1 acquired Wind-Up Records Publishing and Old Crow Music, the songs of Sheryl Crow. Polemeni subsequently joined the company full time. In three years, he rose to Senior Vice President/General Manager of Film and Television, overseeing the licensing and creative staff of the N.Y. and L.A. operations. From 2007-2010, he substantially grew S1’s licensing revenues, until it was acquired by Chrysalis Music in mid-2010.

Mr. Polemeni has represented the music of Sheryl Crow, Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Evanescence, Creed, Lifehouse, Drowning Pool, John Denver, Johnny Mercer, Norman Whitfield, Jose Feliciano & Leon Russell, among others.

He is currently a Film Music consultant for BMG Music Rights Management. In June 2015, Mr. Polemeni signed “Wolf of Wall Street” Producer Alexandra Milchan (Emjag Films) to a worldwide publishing deal with BMG.

He was awarded Platinum Record by re-charting Drowning Pool’s album “Sinners” in Billboard by placing their song “Bodies” in the Lionsgate “Rambo” film trailer. Additionally, Mr. Polemeni has been featured in Forbes, Billboard, Hitz, Radio & Records and Shoot Magazines. He has received awards for his charity work with Cooley’s Anemia Foundation and Fr. Dr. Greg Johnson

Dr. Johnson brings over 30 years of health care experience to the VPEG team. He most recently served as the CEO of Foundation Health Partners (FHP) which operates Tanana Valley Clinic, a primary care and multi-specialty clinic made up of more than 50 health care providers, Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, a 152-bed acute care hospital and Denali Center, a 92-bed long and short-term skilled nursing facility all of which are located in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Dr. Johnson brings over 30 years of health care experience to the VPEG team. He most recently served as the CEO of Foundation Health Partners (FHP) which operates Tanana Valley Clinic, a primary care and multi-specialty clinic made up of more than 50 health care providers, Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, a 152-bed acute care hospital and Denali Center, a 92-bed long and short-term skilled nursing facility all of which are located in Fairbanks, Alaska. In addition to helping orchestrate the transition from Banner Health to a locally owned and operated health system his primary role was to improve overall health system effectiveness during this transformational change for the organization; all with an emphasis on medical staff and employee engagement, quality and patient safety.

Prior Experience

Prior to his role with Foundation Health Partners Dr. Johnson served as CEO and Chief Medical Officer for Fairbanks Memorial Hospital and Denali Center when those facilities were operated by Phoenix-based Banner Health. As a member of the FMH/DC Medical Staff Dr. Johnson held a number of elected positions; including President and Chief of Staff. During this same period of time Dr. Johnson was the principal owner of a multi-provider pediatric dental practice located in Fairbanks, Alaska. Dr. Johnson has served as chair of the Medical Care Advisory Committee for Alaska’s Medicaid program and had also served as a board member and Vice-President of the Interior Community Health Center Board of Directors in Fairbanks. For more than 30 years Dr. Johnson also partnered in a variety of residential and commercial real estate developments and investments.

Education, Awards and Professional Affiliations

Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a B.S. in Human Biology, magna cum laude, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University. He completed his pediatric dental residency at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and has received a certificate in Clinical Bioethics from the Medical College of Wisconsin and a certificate in Business Ethics from the University of New Mexico. His professional affiliations include the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and Alaska Dental Society. In February of 2017 Dr. Johnson was inducted to the Fairbanks Hockey Hall of Fame.

Adam is a licensed realtor who began his career in 2007 to take advantage of the changing market by partnering with Equity Capital Group as their Executive Vice-President of Business Development. Adam assisted in obtaining foreclosures throughout Southern California and beyond. After years of carefully monitoring the market, Adam determined it was again time to re-enter it as a Broker Associate at Hilton & Hyland, specializing in luxury properties for both domestic and international UHNW individuals. With over $100 million worth of transactions (not inclusive of his off-market deals), Adam will serve as an advisor to VPEG and will lead their real estate division within the Western United States.
With a tremendous respect for all cultures, Adam has a working knowledge of many global mores. Adam lived and worked in China (where he learned some Mandarin) and has spent a great deal of time abroad, has a working knowledge of Hebrew, and taught himself Spanish while living in Southern California. In order to better serve his international clientele, Adam is on the Beverly Hills and Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors Global Committee. He has successfully served three years as the President of NAR’s Liaison to Paraguay, Latin America. This has enabled him to initiate many global real estate directives through his international network of real estate professionals. Adam speaks regularly at conferences on the state of International Real Estate.
